Scope of Service
Deliverables
Asset counts are determined by your selected service. Our standard portfolio includes up to 40 high-resolution architectural photos, while our cinematic showcase features a 2-minute edited video. For maximum market impact, our Flagship Bundle ($750) combines both into a comprehensive marketing kit.
The "Expert Eye" Shot List
To ensure efficiency and high-end results, we utilize professional autonomy to capture the most marketable features of the build. This typically includes grand lobbies, conference rooms, specialized suites (medical/office), and exterior curb appeal. While we welcome specific "must-have" requests at the time of booking, a formal shot list is not required.
Site Status
To maintain a high-production standard, all projects are documented in a finished state (post-final clean, no active construction).
Lifestyle & Staffing
If your marketing requires "Lifestyle" shots, active staff, or coordinated "human-element" action, please inquire for a custom quote, as these require additional staging and production time.
Payment Terms
Project Commencement
A 50% mobilization deposit is required to confirm the shoot date.
Asset Delivery & Final Payment: Upon completion of the shoot, you will receive a preview gallery. The final 50% balance is due prior to the release of high-resolution, unwatermarked photos and the final 2-minute project video.
Secure Payment Portal
Invoices are issued via PayPal Business. We accept all corporate "P-Cards," major credit cards, and bank transfers.
Administrative Compliance
Star Stuff Media is a registered entity. We are happy to provide our W-9 or be added to your Approved Vendor List to facilitate seamless processing through your Accounts Payable department.
Logistics & Travel
Service Area
All projects within a 25-mile radius of Downtown Houston are included.
Extended Travel
Projects located 26–50 miles from Downtown Houston incur a Travel Fee of $1.50 per mile (round trip) for anything beyond the initial 25 miles.
Access
The Client is responsible for securing site access and ensuring "Aesthetic Completion" (final clean performed, lights functional) prior to arrival.
Turnaround & Delivery
Standard Delivery
5 Business Days via a secure digital gallery.
Next-Day Rush
Available for a $75 flat fee.
File Retention
We host project files for 90 days. We recommend immediate backup to your internal servers; we do not provide long-term archival services.
Post-Production
Music
Every video features a commercially licensed, royalty-free track selected by our editors. Genre requests are accepted at the time of booking.
Revisions
One (1) round of creative revisions is included. Technical errors (typos, etc.) are corrected immediately at no charge.
Usage & Licensing
For the Client:
You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive commercial license. Use your assets for bids, websites, social media, and award submissions without restriction.
For Star Stuff Media:
We retain the right to use captured media for our portfolio and marketing to showcase the incredible work being done in the Greater Houston area.
Professional Compliance & Project Protection
Comprehensive Liability Coverage
We maintain a robust $1,000,000 / $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability policy. This meets or exceeds the standard requirements for major Houston General Contractors and property management firms.
Property Damage Protection
Our policy includes specific coverage for Damage to Rented Premises, ensuring that your finished high-end finishes—from custom millwork to specialized flooring—are fully protected during our walkthrough.
Seamless Compliance (COI)
We know that project timelines move fast. Because we maintain a "Blanket Additional Insured" endorsement, we can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your firm or the property owner as an Additional Insured within 24 hours of booking. We handle the paperwork so you can focus on the project handover.
